Razorbacks Defeat Tennessee In Fayetteville Super Regional

Hey, NWA! Can you feel the excitement? Our Arkansas Razorbacks are headed to Omaha after crushing it in the Fayetteville Super Regional! Yesterday, June 8th, they swept Tennessee with an 11-4 win, securing their 12th College World Series trip—and their first since 2022. Woo Pig Sooie!

The Hogs were unstoppable, sweeping both the regional and super regional rounds with a five-game postseason winning streak. As the No. 3 national seed, they’re the highest-ranked team in Omaha. Mark your calendars—bracket play starts this Saturday, June 14th. This is more than baseball; it’s NWA pride at its finest. Let’s cheer them on!

Arkansas Unveils First-in-the-Nation Nursing School!

Big news for healthcare! The Arkansas Health Care Association (AHCA) just launched the AHCA School of Nursing—the first of its kind in the U.S. This program helps healthcare workers earn their Practical Nurse (LPN) license, tackling the nursing shortage head-on. With a campus in Rogers and 71 students starting this month, it’s a win for jobs and care in NWA!
