Acquired by Brazos Cedar Crest LLC from Dallas and backed by a $20.93 million funding from Arbor Commercial Funding in New York, the site boasts appealing features like a refreshing pool, cozy pavilion, and engaging playground to encourage outdoor fun and neighborly bonds. Developed from 2021 to 2022 along picturesque spots like East Loveland Loop, this venture supports vibrant lifestyles, draws in fresh faces, and bolsters our local economy.
